This concoction was designed to loosen up the mood at one of the founders sisters' wedding, proving so successful that it became a mainstay for the Poor Tom's line up. Expect this to have soft delicate strawberry flavours offset by a bit of ginger sharpness and rounded off with the depth you get from hibiscus. Unlike many flavoured gins, this gin has no sugar added, so it holds a great dryness, making it perfect for a G&T or martini.
We are recommending this with a dash of Soda Water, or straight up.
